Matthew Michini
Matthew Michini is a husband, father, and man of faith who is learning—daily—what it truly means to show up. He is married to Jamel, and together they are raising a family that has become both his greatest joy and greatest teacher.
Matthew is a proud father of his daughter Sienna, who is nonverbal and autistic, and has profoundly reshaped his understanding of patience, strength, presence, and unconditional love. Through her, he has learned that real leadership begins with empathy and that faith is often forged in the quiet, unseen moments.
By profession, Matthew is a wealth manager and business advisor who helps leaders steward their resources with wisdom and integrity. As the founder of a value advisory firm, he guides business owners through critical transitions and legacy planning. He is also actively involved in Radiant Business Leaders, a ministry dedicated to integrating faith and business. But his most meaningful work happens at home—learning how to lead his family with humility, listen more than he speaks, and love well when life feels heavy.
At the core of Matthew's life and work is a simple conviction: God is his compass. People are His purpose. And service is his greatest gift.
